A new house, close by the lodges. A private setting with own patio and secure lock up to store bikes and boards. Lively art decorates the walls with lots of ski mountain paintings as well as Pete’s sunset and ocean paintings.
It’s slightly larger than the Lodges and set in its own private garden next to Pete’s Art Studio and you can arrange to take a look at some more paintings during your stay.
Grafton House has a full kitchen with dishwasher and oven, fridge freezer, and microwave. An open plan lounge and dining area have lovely sunny aspects onto the garden or the hedgerow. There is an ensuite bathroom attached to the bedroom and the super-king size bed can be a double or twin. (It may be possible to sleep 3 persons using the sofa bed in the lounge area – by request only).
It doesn’t have the same open field views of the Lodges but it is nestled in its own private garden with a mature hedge alone one side and trees for a rural feel. You are welcome to walk around the wild flower meadows.
There’s free wifi and a new 40″ TV in the lounge with Amazon Fire.
